molding system of which an assembly is made possible

The view of this system is as follows.
It will become 32 pieces, supposing it prepares 4 rotating
bodies in a 140t ejection molding machine
and can take by 8 maximum from 1 metallic mold.
Moreover, if it is considered as 10 metallic molds,
it will become possible in only 3 seconds about 320 fabrication
at the maximum.
The point of this system should use a metallic mold structure
hot runner.
Without carrying out a piece difference of a mold clamp,
it has the structure which can drop a product and also makes
defective fraction zero possible.
●High Cycle molding (1 shot/3 sec).
It is shortening of molding time by adoption of rotation
molding.
Although PP etc. are mentioned as molding material which
aims at a high cycle, the forming material POM etc.
which are said for a high cycle to be usually difficult
can respond also to the material from
which the physical-properties value of material is not
acquired unless it holds post forming fixed time
within a model.

(recombination of a metallic mold is easy).

Movement of a system is also easy.
Since there are no necessities, such as eye a mold clamp,
a large-scale making machine is unnecessary.
Since the number of the making machines which were
necessities can be collected, the diversion to other uses
is possible in the space which was required till then.

Reduction of the amount of electricity use, and the making
machine for high cycles are unnecessary.
Moreover, problems, such as noise, are also solved.
●Improvement in productivity.
●Reduction of the cost of materials.
- By a cassette system, an excessive base is unnecessary.
It is environment-friendly.
- Large shortening of transfer nature and machining time
is possible by adopting aluminum for the metallic mold
quality of the material.
Moreover, it becomes possibility of processing of iron
plating etc., high precision, and a high life metallic mold.
